Three Years Later...

It's been awhile since our last post - and though the pandemic changed our lives and how we live them, we didn't stop doing what we love to do. Supply chain issues and labor shortages have caused prices to increase, projects to be delayed, and pushed us to change the way we do business. But one thing's for sure: we've continued to build our timeless KC Modern Farmhouses. Our floorplans have changed and evolved as the need for things like a dedicated home office or workout room has grown. Our current floorplans include different versions of the classic Modern Farmhouse floorplan to include features like a first floor home office, a formal dining area, or a bump-out from the kitchen for a casual dining space. One of our floorplans features a larger front porch space while another features more windows along the front of the house allowing for additional natural light to beam in. 

Regardless of the type of floorplan, all of our KC Modern Farmhouses have the family in mind. The aim is to offer an open functional plan with plenty of space where every inch is expertly put to good use. In the end, you have a home where family (no matter how big or small) is at the heart.
